THE INTERIOR DESIGN OFFER

Let's tell you more about how we work. These are the stages of work on the design project. We have described each stage so that you have a complete understanding of the composition of the design project.
Stage 1: Space planning and style ideas

1. Consultation, and execution of technical specifications for design;
2. Measurements of the space with a visit to the object (if relevant), making photo-shoots, and study of the object;
3. Measurement plan with reference to existing engineering communications;
4. Planning layouts with the arrangement of furniture and equipment (2-3 options);
5. Discussions, adjustments;
6. Coordination of the selected layout option with the customer;
7. Analysis of the style solution of the space (selection of possible finishes and interior items);
8. Coordination of the concept of the future interior with the customer.
Stage 2: Visualization/ Render

  1. Visualization of the rooms;
  2. Discussion, corrections;
  3. Coordination of sketches with the customer.
Stage 3: Implementation bleuprints

1. Demolition plan of existing partitions.
2. Installation plan of partitions and structures with the marking of door and window openings. Door opening plan.
3. Floor plan indicating the types of floor coverings and floor level marks.
4. Plan for laying skirting boards.
5. Ceiling plan indicating the types of materials used.
6. Plan of installation of ceiling moldings (if needed).
7. Plan for the arrangement of lighting fixtures.
8. Plan for switches, indicating the inclusion of groups of lamps.
9. Plan for placing groups of sockets, low current, and electrical outlets. Dimensions and heights.
10. Plan of placement of underfloor heating with binding of thermostats.
11. Scheme of interior decoration (wall cuts with finishing materials).
12. Furniture layout plan.
13. Plumbing plan.

Stage 4: Furnishing

1. Personal approximate calculation of the cost of filling the premises. This calculation includes all furniture, equipment, and finishing materials (lighting, wallpaper, tiles, paint, decorative plaster, floor coverings, etc.).
*There are no more than 3 variants of each item possible. For more variants, there is an extra charge.

AUTHOR'S SUPPORT

Consultation of builders over the implementation of the Design Project, during which the Contractor checks the compliance of the results of the implementation of the Design Project documentation. The service can be provided in person ($2/sq.ft/month) or via Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp/e-mails ($50/h).

Working with drawings. Making adjustments and changes to implementation blueprints and sketches that may be needed during implementation.
